Street art in Ostend

Renowned British artist David Shrigley joins The Crystal Ship Summit as keynote speaker for a public keynote at De Grote Post (Oostende).

One evening.

At the close of two days of conversation.

For this anniversary edition, curator Matthias Schoenaerts, who works as an artist under the name Zenith, brings together more than twenty national and international artists.

The Inside Out Project gives communities worldwide the space to express their values, using large black-and-white portraits. In Ostend, too, people can have their portrait taken on April 3rd and 4th. 

Rooted in the three disciplines that form the foundation of the curator’s artistic vision, the artists will transform Ostend’s streets. Matthias Schoenaerts aims to create a dialogue in which the three disciplines (graffiti, street art and contemporary painting) meet, challenge each other and grow stronger together.
