About The Crystal Ship

Since 2016, The Crystal Ship has grown into one of Europe’s leading festivals for art in public spaces. Each year, internationally renowned and emerging artists transform the Belgian coastal city of Ostend with monumental murals and site-specific interventions. To date, more than 90 works have been created across the city, forming an open-air gallery that can be explored year-round. You will not only see dozens of gigantic works of art in all shapes and sizes, but you will also get to know the different neighborhoods and facets of Ostend during the route.
