ROA paints animals. Large, black-and-white and meticulously detailed. Rabbits, birds, rodents: every muscle, every hair, every bone is spot on. ROA’s work can be found all over the world, but it all began in Ghent. He was already here in 2016, during the first edition of The Crystal Ship. His pyramid of rodents disappeared, but ROA returned. This time with a pyramid of seabirds and fishing birds.
