Miguel Ángel Belinchón, better known as BELIN, is a leading street artist whose career started in his teens when he was living in Andalusia. His work fuses realism with cubism in a distinctive style that is influenced by Picasso yet uniquely his own. Known for his masterful use of light, colour and texture, BELIN often adds a subtle signature detail: red, blushing cheeks on his characters. CHANGE has always been a recurring element in his work. Fascinated by transformation – in the way a face can be transfigured by light, or a city by time – BELIN explores how change unfolds both from within and from the world around us.
