Ants are among the world’s most successful species. They can be found almost everywhere on this planet. They are all equal; strong yet vulnerable and always looking for something better. Are they refugees looking for a better place to live? Are they tourists making their way through the city like a herd? With ‘The Colony’, Ostend artists duo The Bar Bar, consisting of father Emeric and son Nathan Debusschere, set free a large amount of 60 cm ants.
